• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved 500 errors when trying to use ZeroMQ PHP module

Eric C

New Pleskian
I am using a CMS that utilizes the ZeroMQ php module for some functions. Everytime it tries to use this module I get back an error 500. I have tried a whole variety of solutions and nothing seems to help. I got php and the zeromq module to their latest versions. I upgraded from Plesk 11.0.9 to Onyx. Nothing has fixed the issue.

If I run the script with PHP in fastcgi I get this set of errors:
If I turn off fastcgi and just run php with cgi I get this set of errors:
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. At this point I am not sure what else to do.

Okay...nevermind...

I figured out the issue. It was an Selinux permissions issue with the ZeroMQ php module.
