500 on Backup

I started a backup but the page timed out and there is currently no backup tasks running.
Some websites have an internal server error for some time now.

Should I wait more time or what can I do? (I already tried to restart the server on Server)

What error are you getting in httpd error logs file ?

on error_log of both the domains I get:

Always while opening the pages.

I also deleted the whole website and created again but I get the same error.

For the record, I'm using the latest stable version.

To solve this I had no choice but to restore the system...
No problems now, but I won't use plesk backups anymore.
