Resolved 502 Bad Gateway on extension page.

I click on the check for update button in the extension page, and it keeps loading without response,
so I refresh the page, and it become '502 Bad Gateway' error:


I tried to wait for a period and retry, log out and log in, it wasn't help.
It also shows error on my homepage(Internal error ;-P + 502 page's html):


How do I resolve this?
