Hello,

recently i head to this link: https://mywebsite:8443/admin/update/product/
and i get this error page:

when i go to Open the repair kit i didn't find any thing abnormal,
Disk space is 80% free, services are running normally, i even don't have problem with my website
tried to restart services and the server its self and the same

so what else i could try ?

Looks like there might be issues with the packages, you might be able to try to reinstall Plesk by doing the following:

Bash: 
wget https://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk-installer
chmod +x plesk-installer
sh ./plesk-installer

Follow the prompts to reinstall/upgrade.
 
Most updates will make changes to Nginix and Apache causing the service to restart so ye it can effect the web sites, why you should always make sure you have a backup, a snapshot, etc. and do it during a maintenance window.
