502 nginx Bad Gateway

Hey there,

After an default installation of Plesk 12 on my Debian 8 server, the domain is Unfortunately not recheable i've always the message 502 nginx bad gateway, do you have an idea what i can do, what why this is happen?

Could you validate if apache is running?

It was running today.. but now i dont know why, apache don't start anymore

Check if there's an error message there: /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log

You should be able to get the installation GUI with this.

cd /tmp

wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk-installer

chmod +x plesk-installer

./plesk-installer --web-interface

if this doesnt work try this:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp[whatever version you have]-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
 
Can't be sure @ 100% that this will not erase data but you said it was a new install anyway?
 
yes sure.. but i've already inserted some domains with emails and so on... and the mail server runnings actually
 
Did you purchase through a partner? You should contact them then, they can open support ticket.
