7.03 Upgrade

is it posible to upgrade plesk 7.03 to 7.5 on windows 2000 advanced server ????

Regardless of the platform, the upgrade process just doesn't work! Currently, the only way to upgrade to 7.5 is by restoring data to a new install of 7.5.

Am I right when I say that there is no backup utility provided by SWsoft for Plesk 7/Windows?

If so: how do you guys propose one backup data before an upgrade?
