[solved] 8.2 Upgrade - New Database issue

After Upgrading from Plesk 8.1 to 8.2 and Debian sarge -> etch (afterwards) i suddenly ran into following problem:

If i add a new database + user in plesk i can't access the database from 3rd party software (tested it with wordpress) or the CLI with that user/password. I checked the password and data several times.

I can open the Database from the selected domain under "DBAdmin" in Phpmyadmin.

I checked the mysql User and DB Tables and all entered data seems to be correct.

I restarted the mysql server and flushed the cached userrights... still the problem occurs.

Does anybody have the same problems?

Problem solved: had some copy&paste issue from excel2007 to the web form field (guess excel copied some mystical, invisible data...)
