  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

8.6: Domain re-activation in Plesk doesn't work

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have deactivated several domains the other day (Domains -> deactivate).
Somewhat later, I re-activated all of them again. Everything's working fine now exept for one domain - it's just not coming up again.

Plesk shows the domain being "active", but there's only the server's default plesk page being displayed at that domain.
I checked: the correect content is in the correct directory to be displayed, but I cannot access it.
i can also not access anything like domain.com/otherfile.htm -> gets me an 404 as if the domain would be disabled.

I rebooted - nothing changes. plesk thinks the domain is active but doesn't allow access to it.

Has anyone an idea what could have gone wrong here?

Help much appreciated, thanks.

Hi all,

problem solved.

somehow, I can't really explain how, the domain.com/conf directory with the httpd.include file got lost.
So the domain wasn't in the apache-config any more.

I recreated it and referenced it in /etc/apache2/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf

-> works.

I hope this persists the next "plesk doing something"-job. I believe it should because it's all back to normal now...

Thanks and have a great day!
