Try to find a reasons in autoinstaller log file /tmp/autoinstaller3.log

I had the same issue.

I took Igors advice and checked the log and found that there was a whole issue with the Bind packages being blacklisted (I had just installed bind-utils minutes before for whois, dig, etc).

After doing a yum remove bind* and getting rid of all of them the installation of Plesk has worked flawlessly.
