Hi,

when trying to add an alias (any alias) to a domain I get the error:
Error: A CNAME record cannot coexist with other resource records in the same zone.
What can I do to fix this?

Extra info: I just renamed the domain, we don't use DNS
 
I have the same problem in plesk 8.6.0

I removed all A and CNAME records for example.com and then added a CNAME for example.com => otherexample.com

I keep getting the error:
A CNAME record cannot coexist with other resource records in the same zone.

I think the error is an error
