A problem with Feedbackform and limit_for_next_send_message

Hi,

I have found that 'limit_for_next_send_message' parameter (located in Sitebuilder's config file) doesn't work with IE.
It works fine with Firefox.

I have tested this with many values (0, 1, 2, 5, 0.1, 0.01), but with IE I have to wait ~10 minutes while I got the warning:
"Please send your next message in half an hour."

With Firefox all the values works fine.


What could be the problem?
