Hi,

I see a lot of these errors in the log,

mysqld: 2019-03-03 0:00:32 123553 [Warning] Aborted connection 123553 to db: 'psa' user: 'admin' host: 'localhost' (Got timeout reading communication packets)

any idea what the issue is?

Most probably that metadata locks due to non-optimized databases.
Try to optimize the databases and adjust MySQL instance following the instructions from article MySQL performance is slow. How to improve it? .
