Issue Access denied bei loggin via ssh

hi I have a renewed trouble with plesk version 5.12.30. I would like at the webhosting access a sub domain allow the access via ssh. So I put the access to / bin / sh and generating a password. Now I try via putty ssh to log in, but I get the error "Access denied". What am I doing wrong how should I proceed?
