Hi All,

I am seeing quite weird issue today, while login to plesk web host edition. Access denied. Your account was suspended.

Any idea, what could have been wrong ?

Is it shown during an attempt to login with `admin` and/or `root` login?

• If no, have you tried to ask the your Plesk Administrator / Hosting provider about the reason of suspend?
• If yes, you can SSH to the server and check logs for details.
