Access to configuration for website & domains

I have a problem with my users. They have no access to different configuration options on their plesk control panel.

For example the options for one domain is:

Everything is allowed, but when I am logging on with this user, only these options are available:

If I use the control panel as admin I have all of the features:

I have no idea why the normal user has no access to the other ones. So I need some help of your experience. What must I configure, so that the user has the options to define database or the other stuff?


I am currently using Plesk 10.1.1.

What about roles for these users?
Also do you have site isolation feature configured?
