accidental chmod -R 777 on server... reinstall plesk ?

Hello,

We made a huge mistake with a chmod -R 777 on all our server...

Result is awfull : FTP (ProFTPd), SUDO, messaging services...etc and some pages on Plesk are no longer working :-(((

However, I still have access to SSH.

Please could you help me ?
Is it possible to reinstall Plesk / centos 6.6 ?
