Accidently changed from hosting to forwarding and lost all files

I accidentally changed my domain from hosting to forwarding not knowing i would loose all the files. Does plesk back them up anywhere, and how can i get them back?

BTW, there is corresponding warning like:

Warning: When you change hosting type to forwarding or no hosting, all files and directories related to your site are removed from the server. Be sure to save a local copy of your site.

If you haven't backup of this domain you can't restore it.
