Account Limit Notices - fail!

Using SmarterMail 4.0


Domain creation notice operates fine.

Account limits notice is never sent. Same email address as domain creation.

Any thoughts?

only issue we have is the mailbox quota limit which we cannot set

Just to conrim, if one of your clients' exceeds their bandwidth, you receive an email notice generated from Plesk?

Is there a log file I can inspect somewhere to try and locate the problem? I've reviewed SMTP logs and can't find anything.

Would you do me a favour and review your logs to try and spot the mail so I can search myself? Would be much appreciated.
