Question Possible to enable the option to create FTP account

Hello Support,

While creating the service plan, we can check many options like Domain Management as attached screenshot. Now, we wish to create the FTP user role & account. So, is there any option like Domain Management so that I can check box the FTP user role & account creation while I create the service plan?

Hi, @Thomas Oryon . When you create a subscription, Plesk automatically creates the main system FTP account of that subscription. That main FTP user has access to the whole subscription webspace. You can adjust the user/password during the subscription creation under Additional subscription settings. If you are asking whether you can also create additional FTP users during the subscription creation itself, I am afraid, that's not possible. You can manually create the desired additional FTP user as follow:
