Account not add DNS record on MS-DNS server

I have one domain who's not create dns in MS DNS server, i try create manuall but after this the record is missing, but on plesk showing,

How to fix this ?

Make sure that you have MS DNS server as default DNS server instead of BIND. Check it in Server Components.

check which dns server is selected in server components. If it is present there then check go to c://windows/system32/dns and check if domain's dns file is present there.
