Hi All,

We recently got the Acronis backup plugin for 1TB but its not working, it starts a backup at midnight and then gets stuck on 0%

There's no errors nothing for me to work from

I've uninstalled the extension and I've installed it again going through the entire process but still no luck

anyone experienced this before
 
I sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I don't have any solution to remedy the situation. Best advice I can give is open a support ticket and let our support team assist you with the issue. If you bought the Acronis backup extension your are eligible for support with the Extension License number (e.g. EXT.XXXXXXXX.XXXX).
