  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue ActiveSync is not working anymore - Plesk Premium Mail is avtive

New Pleskian
Hello to all,

I Plesk Premium Mail (PPE) installed and it worked fine for some weeks. But now since about a week, there is no ActiveSync anymore in Roundcube visible and the public calendar, shared files and contacts are missing. Just public email folders are still available.
Further is ActiveSync not working from any smartphone or from Outlook Mail-Client.

Do somebody know, how to get it running again. PPE is active in the configuration menue but disable/enable the button does not help.
I tried also Horde, but there is the some. Just the public E-Mail folders are avialable.

I don't know if this issue appiers after I installed the newest Plesk update (18.0.34) or after some Linux OS-updates (Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS).

Best regards
Thomas
