Add a Sitebuilder Site Owner account to plesk

Hi,
I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to create a Site Owner account to a plesk account. I was wondering what the settings for the templates would need to be, as the checkboxes seem confunsing. I tried following hte knowledgebase article, which is not semantically the same as the screens in plesk/sitebuilder, which makes it utterly useless, as I am apprently only able to make reseller accounts. I must be missing something; why would everyone be a reseller to a reseller who is a reseller?

In Client Template:
Do I need "Ability to use sitebuilder" checked?
Do I need "Create sitebuilder user account" checked?

In Domain Template:
What do I need checked to enable the domain to have sitebuilder?

Yes you need to enable both this settings.
