  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi
We are currently operating the site on abc.com. We want to change the site name to 123.com.

For testing purposes, we would like to attach the 123.com domain to the abc.com site. It’s not a redirection. In other words, abc.com/test.php and 123.com/test.php should point to the same file.

How can we set up the 123.com domain? DNS settings have been completed. Should we change the virtual host? Where is this file located? Is there a way to do this in Plesk?

You mean it still redirects? If that's the case either that caused by browser caching, or direction is setup/configured at your website.
