add client/domain/ips

i'm setting this up for the first time.. i want to run mywebsite.com this is where people come to to see abt my isp hosting packages... do i set this up like i normall setup a web page on iis? Because right now the default goes to

This is the Pleskâ„¢ default page
If you see this page it means:

1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk.

how do i setup customers.. create them as new clients.. and then what.. how do i add their domain name..

And i guess i have to had a new ip for each client, correct?

I would appreciate some feedback as i want to learn this software for a project.

The clients can share the same IP. To create a new client cliek 'create new client' and in the client window click 'create new domain'. sorted. Then click "setup" in the domain window to setup Physical hosting. Sorted.
