Add firewall rules

Hello all,
i would like to block all the ip ranges (from this list http://www.okean.com/sinokoreacidr.txt).
But can't do it from the plesk panel...
Can anyone tell me the steps i have to take to do so?
Is sufficent to add the rules by edit the firewall-active.sh?

take a look at APF, it allows you to block by CIDR and even has a provision for you to centrally download/host a rule set file.
