Add IP Address - Slow

Anyone else having a very slow response from 7.5.3 with adding IP addresses? It seems like something is hanging forever. I could have had my IP's entered faster just going through net properties.
 
Actually IP adding takes some time but I've nevere faced with hanging....
 
We have the same problem, also when I use 2 seperate IP blocks, I cannot get any resolution on the second IP block at all. Does any one have any pointers?
