add new subscription without dedicated application pool

New Pleskian
Hello, i can 't seem to find how i can add a new subscription without Plesk to create a dedicated application pool.

I have a service plan for simple classic asp websites, which don't need their own dedicated application pool, so i did not check the option Dedicated IIS application pool under the tab Performance, but even then, when i create a new subscription with that service plan, i get a synchronisation failed warning, because it seems impossible to have a subscription with Dedicated IIS application pool switched off?

can anybody help me to find how i can add a subscription without dedicated iis application pool?

thank you

I can't reproduce it on Plesk 11.5. I have successfully created Service Plan with disabled option Dedicated IIS application pool and then subscription based on this Service Plan.
What sort of warning do you have exactly? And how this issue can be reproduced?

i have plesk 11.0.9
in my service plan i have unchecked the option Dedicated IIS application pool on the Performance tab, see this screenshot: http://starbase.tales.be/serviceplan.png
i make new subscription with that plan, see screenshot http://starbase.tales.be/addsubscription.png
then i get this sync error page saying Available value can only be Switched on? see http://starbase.tales.be/syncerror.png

even when i choose none (custom) as service plan, when i go to Hosting services => Subscriptions => Manage hosting of the created subscription => Websites & domains more => Show Advanced operations => Dedicated IIS Application pool for your Websites, there i cannot switch off. I only see Tools (stop and recycle), and Switch on CPU monitoring, but no OFF switch. see this screenshot: http://starbase.tales.be/plesk.png

I can't reproduce it on 11.0.9 too. I see Switch On button for domain:

do you have all the same settings as mine, see pdf's in previous post?
can you show me screenshots of your settings for your service plan for the tabs resources, permissions (and show more available permissions), hosting parameters, performance

i found it!
Tools & Settings => IIS Application Pool => Global Settings tab, and choose Place domains in a shared application pool by default and allow use of dedicated pools for selected customers
my option was defaulted to Always assign one application pool for each subscription
