adding a domain generates a error

When im trying to add a domain i get this error

Unable to update domain data: Failed mail post-configuration: Can't create mail domain servie: mail_Facade->createDomain() failed: mailmng failed: MEAOPO.PostOffice.AddPostOffice failed for name

with google's help i found out i should delete the old data from the Database "no clue on how it still should be there after a server reinstall but i cant find any ways to access the PSA database since it refusing me access with admin - "Plesk Panel admin password"

could any point me to a guide or something that could help me get by the errors

Hi IgorG i cant find a way to remove it from the mail server

Use internal MailEnable tools, interface, etc.
