Adding DNS Record to all domains.

Hi!
Im running Plesk 9.2.1 on a Windows 2003 Server.
I have more than 100 domains and all is working perfect.
However i want to add an DNS "SPF Record" to all of my domains:
In "Settings" -> "SOA Records Template" -> "Zone Settings Template" -> "Add DNS Record":
Record type: TXT
Enter domain name: <empty>
Enter IP address: (X) SPF Record: v=spf1 a mx ip4:www.xxx.yyy.zzz ?all

So now i have to go domain by domain clicking in "DNS Settings" -> "Restore Defaults".
However this doesnt work for me because i've already edit a lot of DNS Records in every domains with different records.
So if i restore to defaults this records while be missed!
Is there a way to add the SPF record too ALL the domains in my server without restoring to default template?

Get a list of names of all the domains at which you want to modify the records, and run a script invoking dns.exe with the appropriate parameters for each domain. Here is the documentation on that command line utility:

However now i facing the exact same problem in my other Plesk Panel 8.6 (Windows 2003 Server).
I couldnt fine the file dns.exe, is there a way to do it?

Basically this thread is for Plesk Panel version 9.2, but I will post manual on dns management utilities here for your convenience:
