Adding httpd-devel to CentOS 5 Plesk 8.2.1

Hi,
Am trying to add by yum httpd-devel-2.2.3-7 to Plesk 8.2.1 on CentOS 5. Failing on dependency for httpd-2.2.3-7 which looks like it'll overwrite the apache files? Will Plesk allow me to do this and still work?:confused:
