  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Adding SSL cert not working

I have purchased a SSL certificate, and I generated the CSR in the control panel, then used that to purchase the cert. I added the certificate and the CA certificate to the certificate in the panel, Went to the IP, which is dedicated and set the SSL certificate, i went into the user account and verified under the domain and it showed the correct certificate, but when i try to go the website using SSL.. it's a self-signed certificate with SomeOrganization, etc.. I used "openssl x509 -in mydomain.cert -text" and verified that it is indeed correct, it shows my domain and all the information.. Any idea why it wouldn't update? I have toyed with a few things and i either get that.. or the Parallels default one.. Any help would be appreciated, i have been trying to figure this out for about 11 hours and im going insane.. I have the cert.. and have tried 3 times to regenerate and test around, and i have exceeded my amounts for the day.. But if i can get some tips i will try again tomorrow.. i really need to get this going.. thanks!

Oh yeah, sorry.. I'm using centos 5 w/ plesk 10.3, everything else is up to date. thanks!

I have same issue, I get a certificate, CA certificate and not working, I get Warning: the CA certificate does not sign the certificate.
I have pulled my hair out :)
It is not the first certificate I do, but worked all in PLESK 9.x so far, in 10.x I have issue :-(((((((
