Adding SSL Certificates

DaveCampbell

New Pleskian
I wonder if any can figure out where I'm going wrong. I can't fully add a SSL cert, with the following error/info

CSR Part not supplied

I'm logged in as a subscription user with several domains.

Click on Websites and domains. Click on secure your sites. Click manage.
The first Icon is greyed out as it's obv not installed correctly.

I have:

PRIVATE KEY - via email
Your Web Server Certificate - via email
Intermediate+root - via GEOTrust QuickSSL support pages

Clicking on certificate brings up the details. At the bottom:
CSR
Component is missing

I've tried
creating a new cert via Add SSL Certificate
creating a new cert when logged in as admin
I can enable a cert that I create in hosting settings and have turned on "Enable SSL Support"
Restarting Apache

From what I can gather:
Certificate = Your Web Server Certificate
Certificate CA = Intermediate+root

But I'm not any further forward. Any thoughts or tips?
Thanks
