adding users to domain

when i added extra user to domain he can log to ftp no problem but no directories ot files are visible what im i doing wrong .any help would be apreciated thanks

When you add additional users, they do not have access to the web directory (httpdocs). They essentially receive a ftp place, and not ftp access to the website. I have seen a couple of threads describing how to set up a user with access to the web directory. Here is on example:
