• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Additional IP to Hosting

Hey folks,

another problem of mine...

We got a client, who had one shared IP and a SSL-Certificate.

Now he wanted another certificate, which is not possible with only one IP-address.

So we ordered another... but I don't know how to configure the existing subdomain to use this IP?

Any suggestions?

Greets and thanks

First make sure in Servers-> IP Addresses you are seeing the new ip. If not you may need to run Reread IP.
Click on the new IP Address and set it to Exclusive then ok.
This sets the new ip up as exlusive. It most likely was already.

You then go to the client that needs this ip added under clients
Choose IP Pool
Add New IP Address
Choose your IP Address and click ok
This adds your IP to the client.

Go back to the client, choose the domain you want it hooked up to
Go to Setup
In setup you will see a drop down called IP Address

Choose the new ip address which should be marked Exclusive

Please let me know if you need more clarification.
