Question Can't Assign Multiple Subscriptions to Customer?

Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition (Linux)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.73 Update #3
Hi All,

I've a customer who logs in to administer one subscription which contains a few websites.
He needs access to another subscription (which contains another few domains / websites etc) in addition to the one he has access to.

From what I can tell this just isn't something Plesk can do? I can 'create a new subscription' under him (puzzlingly!) so long as it's new, but I wish to re-assign an existing subscription to him.

I'm using

Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition
Version 18.0.73 Update #3
(Linux)

Thanks for any help!

As a plan B if this is too complex or specific for how Plesk is structured, I think we can just use a different login with a different email, I just don't understand why this would be necessary.

Sorry to double post - not sure if this is related.

But firstly, if I view that customer the "Subscriptions" tab for him is blank (which is not correct, I know for sure he has access to one subscription) and interestingly the subscription he has access to doesn't show under 'subscriptions' (main list which should include them all).

And I'm the main administrator, who actually created those subscriptions

You can absolutely assign multiple subscriptions to customers and also move existing subscriptions (owned by other customers or the sever administrator) to another customer. However these are both operations that need to be performed by a server administrator. It's not something customers can do themself.

This might help you with moving subscriptions: How to move a Subscription between Customers.

Which subscription tab are you referring too exactly?

If the subscription is not owned by the customer, to which customer is subscribed in your administrator subscriptions list?
