adjusting the time when plesk suspends accounts...

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

Does anyone know how to change when plesk suspends accounts after the validity period is up. At the moment it is happening on the day at 4am which is a little bright and early for phone calls. All I want to do have plesk suspend people that night or better yet the following morning. Which will give the accouts team some time to make follow up calls and emails.

It does not appear to be changable from the GUI that I can see. Anyone have any ideas where to look. It would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Chris

Well I eventually figured this one out

its all run through a file called statistics.exe and is triggered by the cron job: /opt/psa/admin/sbin/statistics >/dev/null 2>&1

All you need to do is alter the time the cron job runs. Now accounts get suspended at 11:59pm on the day and not 4:07 am on the day the hosting runs out.
