Issue Admin Account Keeps Redirecting When Accessing Certain Files

Hello.. Using Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #53 / Ubuntu 18.04

Been having this issue, if you can please point me to article where I can read how to fix. When I log in as admin ( Im the only account no other subscriber or users ) and I go to websites & domains/ example.com/ file management / wp-content / uploads etc for images and I click on an image to view it, Plesk redirects me to login again and when I login, it keeps redirecting me again and again with no access unless I close the page and try again. I also have someone setting up a cron job and when the go to Scheduled task and input the info, once they finish and submit, they get redirected to login screen again and again and can not login unless they close the screen. Please if you can tell me how to fix.
