admin plesk cp webserver wont start

Possible causes: dynamic address renewal, or incompatible VPN or firewall software. Try using the Win32DisableAcceptEx directive.

Apache.exe is running a lot CPU and the ssl.log fills up with above messages.

windows 2003 server
plesk 8.6 (just installed from 8.3 wich have the same problem).

I did also try that directive at the bottom of httpd,.conf but still no go.
I have to disable the control service otherwise the windows server is going slower and slower and not responding at all.

Any sollution for this?

We recommend you to swith Plesk Control Panel to IIS:

"%plesk_bin%\reconfigurator.exe" --switch-plesk-web-server --new-provider=iis
