Admin User Cannot Login(Web Only)

Hello,
Having a problem with 7.5.3(is an upgrade from 7.5)

The admin user cannot login to the plesk panel

Ive have checked the psa.shadow file and the password is fine. I have also checked it logs into mysql ok and it does

The admin panel though keeps coming up with "Incorrect Login"

Any ideas?

Check the Plesk admin area access list, I remember that there is a problem with the message (it is not very descriptive and does not suggest that the problem is the ACL).

hardweb, well your possible solution isnt also very self explainatory, could you please point us to the Plesk admin area acces list?

i have the same issue in one server, and there is no way for me nor to change the password nor to use the current one, i have tryed a lot of things, nothing seems to work.

all help is apreciated.

i just fixed it.

mysql -uadmin -p
user mysql;
update user set password=PASSWORD('passhere') where User='admin';
