Issue After Autoupdate #96 on V12.0.18 PHP slow

On 05.Nov.16 an autoupdate was installed. Now loading of Wepages (Joomla based) is extremly slow.

When a Webseite is openend the CPU load for the process:
/usr/bin/php5-cgi -c /var/www/vhosts/system/<Domain>/etc/php.ini
brings cpu load to limits.

Several /usr/sbin/mysqld processes take huge amounts of memory.

Appache restart and mysql restart brought no changes

Tried to find the reason but couldn't find it.

Has anyone the same problem or any idea?

Yes Igor you are right. If it would be a Joomla related issue this would be the right way.

But every php based site (i.e. Plesk) is causing a high load on CPU.

To load Plesk Panel takes about 30-60 seconds.
FTP postfix all running smoothly.
I didn't change a thing in configuration, but since moday morning all php5-cgi processes are taking a very long time.

I had a look at a lot of search results reg. this error but found no solution.
 
What type of host system are you on? Is it a dedicated machine or a virtual server?
