After fresh install -> websrvmng failed

Hello,
after a fresh debian 3.1 sarge and plesk 8.1.1 install, i get after the admin/setup-login the following error-message:
ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to restart web server: websrvmng failed: Empty error message from utility.
