After Installation CPU and Services Problem

Hi all. I have a problem in Plesk 11.0.9...

I have a VPS and used;

OS: CentOS 5.3 (Final)
Panel version: 11.0.9 Update #12, last updated at Sept 4, 2012

So, i have try many time, when a install new plesk after intallation i see on "Server Health" CPU Problem. You can see capture;

So, i have restart my VPS again, you can see new capture for problem, it's included Services and CPU problem...
