After last update server got unstable

Hello,

After the last auto-update i kept receiving emails that the panel was down and up one every hour. Wanted to take a look at it today and install the last updates (didn't work so i rebooted the server)

Right now I cant access any site. a PING on the sites gives me 30ms but loading in a brower takes forever and ends with an unreachable error.

Does anyone know what I can do?

nginx running? similar problem on my server. I disabled nginx as reverse proxy. It was not easy, because system said "Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by nginxmng: 2014-01-28T23:40:42+01:00 ERR (3) [util_exec]: proc_close() failed". After restarting apache2 two times, system is running fast again.
