After Plesk Update 9.5.2 the Horde Webmail doesn't show E-Mails

Hello,

i made an update to Plesk 9.5.2. Everything works fine, but the Horde Webmail doesn't show emails. I can log in and can see on the left side, there are new email. When i click on in the frame with the emails is empty. online the menu in the top of the page is visible, but there is no email to see.

I need help

Any errors in /var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log ?
Did you tried to reinstall horde?

Messages are not displayed

Hi

I've got exactly the same issue, inbox messages or sent messages are not displayed.

I have a brand new install of plesk panel, updated from 9.3.0 to 9.5.2 before any other installation.

Server is running under Debian Lenny

Checked /var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log but empty.

Hi there

Maybe this can help some others, here below how I fixed it :

1- deleted user "horde" in "User" table in "mysql" d base
2- deleted "horde" d base
3- Deleted all horde applications folders
dpkg --purge psa-horde psa-imp psa-mnemo psa-turba psa-kronolith psa-ingo psa-mimp psa-passwd psa-imp
4- deleted horde folder "rm -rf /etc/psa-webmail/horde"
5- reinstalled horde :
/opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --install-component horde
6- Restarted the server
