After update server restarts all the time

Hi

Im running plesk v 9.0.1 but after update to 9.2.1 all seams to work but i could not login to the control panel simply nothing there, but when i then restart the server the server keeps to restart I just see the welcome message and then it restarts again. Now the fun part Im running on a HP Proliant server G4 when i use Acronis and make a backup and install my backup on a older server G3 and then install the 9.2.1 all works fine, any idear ?

Try checking the ports in use by IIS - the control panel may be trying to share the same port as another site/user. I had this same issue and after changing the default page port so it was not using the same port as plesk the issue was resolved.
