After Update, Subdomains don't work!

Hello,

i have Suse Linux 10.0 and i have updated this.
After this Update, my new Subdomains doesn't work!

When i upload anything, he said that the Object doesn't there.

And after the install from the Subdomain, he callt me when i start the website:
