After update to 7.0.4 some page download instead of displaying

Hello,,

After update to 7.0.4 i have all webpage that become download after i open than instead of displaying,

Even if i change to another php version and went back the problem is still there, also after server reboot. reconfiguring the config files doesent help also.

What can i do?
