After update to Plesk 11.5 backup doesn´t cope with German umlauts anymore

When there are German umlauts like ä, ö, ü in a vhost.conf, pleskbackup aborts with an error message:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --server --configuration --output-file=test_pleskbackup
Runtime error: The backup failed with errors!

When I remove those umlauts from vhost.conf, the backup runs fine. This bug must have been introduced with 11.5 as our 11.0 servers don´t show this problem.

Yes, we have this bug #141778. Developers are working on it but I haven't any ETA when it will be fixed.
