After update to Plesk 12 domain user cannot use FTP

Hello,

I am continuing to resolve difficulties after upgrading from Plesk 11.5 to Plesk 12.

Domain owners can no longer user FTP. They are able to login to FTP but can not list a directory. Domain specific users were previously able to access domain files via FTP before updating to Plesk 12 but now they cannot. Root domain FTP users still work as they did before the update to Plesk 12.

I could not find any errors in the logs related to this action.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Specifically, FTP login and various command like PWD work fine but MLSD or LIST commands will never respond.
